   Shangyue Village, Shangyue Old Village, Fogang County, Guangdong Province, was built in the Ming (1368 – 1644), and Qing (1644 – 1911) Dynasties. The ancient village is characterized by its arching, pot-eared houses and tall buildings of the Song, Ming and Qing dynasties. The arching, pot-eared architecture was a traditional southern-style of houses in Guangdong Province, and relatively unique in China. I’ve seen many ancient villages in China, with most having similar style buildings. However, the roofs of these houses are very unique and daringly artistic. That is, the style appears to be decorative rather than functional. The style is akin to the looks the Napoleon’s military hat and have a wok-handle style. This roof style can also be found in other ancient villages located in the Qingyuan district of Guangdong Province. Most of the buildings are vacant. With the rapid modernization of China, the younger generations and most of those able, have left for work opportunities in the larger cities. The building style is identical to those of described in the reviews of Licha Village, also of Guangdong Province. From Guangzhou, we took a didi taxi, which cost us 300 rmb for the round trip. That included the driver waiting for us at the village while we went sightseeing. The driving time going to the village was about 100 minutes, and due to traffic delays, two hours to return to Guangzhou.    3.8节的时候跟同事去的，哪里有迷宫，碰碰车等一系列的游戏，老少皆宜。最主要的亮点还是它的温泉，简直就是顶级的享受。玫瑰花池、药池、冲浪池等大大小小应该有40个池左右，具体没数。是我去过的温泉中最好的一个，很干净，很舒适。 See more..

   这里开发的比较完善了，就是客人太多的时候，服务质量就没那么好了！其余的都是不错的，房间的环境相对于价格来说，一般吧，还是可以接受的简单，明亮。这里我还想给你们一个小窍门，如果在客流高峰期没预先订到房，可以在周边，记得不到500米（广州方向）处就有一家开业不到两年的酒店，2011年春节去的，房间很大而且便宜，就是电视机比较小！ See more..
