4.5Nyhavn(29.6k reviews) - Many nice terraces Spent 2-3 hours Neighborhoods • Historic Walking Areas • Piers & Boardwalks
Copenhagen's Nyhaven, or "New Harbor," is actually steeped in a long heritage. Colorful buildings line the canal and hint at a history of small-vessel traffic. Like many ports, this strip has a salty history, rich with sailors, drinking and literary exploits. Danish author Hans Christian Andersen made his home in Nyhavn as well. It's cleaned up now and is a lovely place for a stroll.See more..
4.0Helsingor Havn(262 reviews) - Mix of old and new Historic Walking Areas • Piers & Boardwalks • Scenic Walking Areas
The harbor here is a mix of old 16th century buildings with ferries that leave every 15 min to Sweden. If you can find a guided tour you will get a lot of information you would not get by just walking around. You can find old houses (museums) that look like the 16th century houses did inside for very small amounts ($3-4)See more..
