Mix of old and new
The harbor here is a mix of old 16th century buildings with ferries that leave every 15 min to Sweden. If you can find a guided tour you will get a lot of information you would not get by just walking around. You can find old houses (museums) that look like the 16th century houses did inside for very small amounts ($3-4)

Relaxing stroll by the sea
We enjoyed a stroll around the busy area, on a beautiful sunny Sunday morning. We weren’t availing of any of the ferries and cruises, thus no deadlines. Fine impressive ferry ships that ply the maritime route to Sweden were great to see.
