I can't say enough good things about Wright's Dairy Farm. We used them to cater the dessert at our wedding and their team was exceptional from the very first communication. They are incredibly organized and on top of things. We ordered a small cutting cake and sheet cakes for our guests. Both items were exactly how we had envisioned. They even accommodated us ordering our cake topper and having it sent to the bakery. Do not hesitate to use them for all of your dessert wedding needs! Their product and service are amazing!!See more..
A fun place to visit while spending time on BI with children. We biked here with 2 teens (14) and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the different exotic animals. We watched an older kangaroo lounging about while a younger "roo" was hopping like mad all over the place. We got a kick out of the lemurs & cute alpacas. There were beautiful flowers to look at as well. We noticed a bathroom as well as hand sanitizer which we used before & after.See more..

5.0Morris Farm, Inc.(57 reviews) - Delicious Corn on the Cob Spent 1-2 hours Farms • Farmers Markets
We were having company and decided to get the sugar/butter corn. They were $1 an ear which is very expensive, but were absolutely delicious. You can’t pick out your own, though. You tell them how many you want and they put it in a bag for you. All I can say is the produce is fresh and you get what you pay for.See more..

4.5Barden Family Orchard(12 reviews) - Feel like you are in the country and great apples Farms
Visited orchard with family. Picked apples and walked through the orchards. Felt like you were away from the city and in the country. Unlike other orchards, Barden focused on the apples and picking. So a more simple experience. Not lots of activities and stuff for little kids. Better for adults and teenagers. Half a dozen apple varieties -- the usuals -- empire, granny smith, etc. so not the place to find unusual varieties. However also has raspberries for picking which is uncommon. Excellent labelling of apple varieties in the orchard so easy to find. Pricing is high though $35 per bag for 3 people. Great deal is the 'b' apples that they have collected. Not labelled but in baskets outside for $1/lb.See more..

4.5Watson Farm(8 reviews) - A working, living farm Temporarily closed - Closed until further notice Spent 1-2 hours Historic Sites • Farms
Watson Farm is a precious jewel in Rhode Island. A peaceful retreat to the farm is always welcome. The dirt road trails lead all over the property so one can sense how farming and living 200 years ago must have been. The gardens and grounds around the antique house and barnyard are well kept and welcoming shade trees are hundreds of years old. Animals of all sorts are plentiful and even the pets are welcoming. The Border Collies just had a litter when we were there. It's just a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. It was well worth the $3. donation per person.See more..

5.0Blackbird Farm(1 review) - Great Ice Cream Spent < 1 hour Farms This is a very cool visit in North Smithfield. You actually are at a farm stand with animals (Cows / Goats) etc. There is a mini market which they seem to specialize in Meat and Dairy. Next to that is an Ice Cream stand. Very well done and it is a farm and feels like one. Plenty of space to gaze and watch while eating. Staff is pleasant. This is a must do in North Smithfield. Oh and the ice cream is amazing!See more..
