Going for the peace and collectedness

In the summer if you come and visit Iasi it is a very good choice to go to see the Cetatuia Monastery. There is on the Cetatuia Hill and the landscape is marvelous. The monastery has a very beautiful and very well maintained courtyard. The monastery was founded by Prince Gheorghe Duca. Inside the church you can admire beautiul paintings and a lot of religious objects with a great value. Peace for soul, serenity and collectedness...

Worth a visit
This is a well preserved specimen of the typical church-monastery conglomerate you'd see all around this area of Romania - this one is unique in how well it is preserved, mostly in original form.
