Large botanical garden
The first botanical garden in Romania, founded by A. Fătu 166 years ago, was located in another place - 3 km away, southward. In 1963, a new, much larger botanical garden was created near the University. It is worth visiting Exotic flower greenhouses, a rose garden not only in summer but also until mid-autumn! A 50% discount is provided for pensioners (with a pension certificate)

A breath of fresh air
If you want to get away from the city noise (being in the city nevertheless), and have a relaxing walk in the fresh air, this is the place in Iasi. Depending on the season, different type of flowers expositions are arranged, but in any case the big teritory with trees makes you feel like it's outside the city. It's also educational.

Flowers everywhere!
Beautiful spot. I visit it really often, whenever I have the chance. I love the flowers and all the plants there. The garden is really beautiful and well organized. I really must praise all the staff working hard to maintain the garden clean and make it look the best for the visitors!
