This place is situated outside of Nagoya. It takes approximately an hour from Nagoya. You can reach this place directly by taking a bus or take a train towards Kuwana/ Nagahsima then take a bus from there depending on the month of visit. Entrance might be quite expensive but it includes a 1000 yen consumable voucher which you can spend on food or other attractions. The illumination is just simply amazing. The place is filled with lights and there is a light show at the end of the park. Of course, the light tunnel is a must see if you do visit this park. Remember this is a botanical garden so try visiting when there is still sunlight.See more..
Wow! Such an incredible zoo. So many things to see it takes all day. My only suggestion for improvement would be for them to charge more for the tickets. Costs only 500 Yen --should be 3 or 4 times that for what they offer as well as numerous maintenance projects could be completed with the extra funds. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Lots of walking (so be warned) as this is a huge property.See more..
