Basic tour great, don't bother with extras!
We really enjoyed the tour and it was well organised. Would not recommend the audio guide as most of the signs with the numbers on (so you could listen to that section) were so small that we missed most of them. Also the robokeeper was a shambles with an hour queue for 1 minute. Unfortunately, we had pre-booked tickets and my Son really wanted to do it or we would have requested a refund for that part. All in all we enjoyed the tour, just don't bother with the extras.

Good Experience but beware of extra costs
Good tour but be careful of hidden costs! My partner booked the basic ticket, not realising there was no tour guide or audio guide included - which may of been an error his side, but he's adamant it wasn't very clear on the description and I've seen others say the same. Anyway, we paid an additional €12 when we arrived to get the audio guide and it was a really good tour - would definitely recommend using the audio guide or booking a guide as there is a lot of history to be known that you could easily miss out on otherwise
