4.5Monasterio de Piedra(4.081 reviews) - Very beautiful for a day hike in nature Spent More than 3 hours Churches & Cathedrals
The park with so many waterfalls, each one different, is a real pleasure to visit; there is some kind of inner silence it calls. Prepare a small picnic or you can eat in the little restaurant right at the entrance. We took a bus earl from Zaragoza to Catalayud and from there another bus direct to the monastery, and in the afternoon same back to Zaragoza.See more..
It is not a very big cathedral but very beautiful. And then specially the everything above you. The wooden carved ceiling is exceptional. It is really worthy of a visit. For 5€ you can get in the cathedral and the small museum belonging to it!See more..
What makes the cathedral standout from many other Mudejar places of worship is the historical preservation work and the excellent presentation of the artefacts discovered during that process. The history of the building is traced from its origins through to current times with many period artefacts on display. Clear, concise and very interesting. Congratulations Catedral Santa de la Huerta on a presentation of works that is both different and significantly more engaging than the majority of other religious sitesSee more..
