   I was recently visiting my family in Binh Duong Province (45min south of Ho Chi Minh City) and decided to get some relax and spa treatment. Was recommended to visit this clinic and learned they did acupuncture. And the owner was a doctor educated and practiced from the states (cali). So i decide to get treatment for my back pain that has been persistent for many years. Now, i am one of those people who dont believe in these alternative medicine nor do i like needles (haha).. but hey, it was like only $30 bucks for an hour long session.. so i decided to give it a try. First of all, it was not painful at all. Cant even feel the needles. I guess they use these new disposable thin japanese needles which was only used once and they are so thin and i couldnt not feel it going in my body. Oh and the doctor asked me about my pain before she told me where and how she would treat me. Basically, i had a bunch of needles in my lower back and some on my neck and hand. I thought it was strange since it was my first time. But hey, no backing out now. And I am so glad i did it! My back pain is gone! I am not even joking. Years of learning over, slouching, working and studying over the computer.. and one session of acupuncture cleared my back pain. I dont know how long it will last.    The massage was amazing. The prices were cheap...the people were friendly. I am for sure a repeat customer. I have been back quite a few times in my trip because it is such good value for money. I have had hot stone massage, facial and infused oil massage. It’s been a real highlight of my trip. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s nasty.    If you ever want an authentic experience as a first timer to Vietnam than I absolutely recommend that you join this tour group. Explore and experience pottery making and see the different types of pottery being prepared in a kilm. Preparing organic meals freshly picked from the school gardens and visiting and making fresh noodles and witnessing how the locals live and work. Eating more food on the way you will never go hungry. Going to a local school, meeting the beautiful children who put on a performance and are extremely cute and who are well looked after and education is a key factor. Cycling through the beautiful country side and the tour guides are absolutely professional and friendly and knowledgeable. The best experience of Vietnam I've had. Pick up from your hotel and drop off in air condition vehicle which was very comfortable. This tour was a pure delight.I have added a few photos from my experience.     At least for me it was. This is a cemetery for South Vietnamese war dead. At some point after the war ended, the victors of the North came here and pretty much tore-up the place. One can guess it has been in various states of repair for a while. I just didn't feel good after visiting here. Contrast this cemetery with all the magnificent looking monuments and well maintained cemeteries for the North's war dead, and it just made me feel awful being here, like there was no - I don't know - interest in healing the wounds of that horrible war. I think it would go a long way if the government helped take of this place. It's sacred to the families who are just as much a part of this country as any other Vietnamese is.
