The Church used to be the Parish Church until that was moved to The Carriden Church in the east of the town . Built in the Gothic style the build was from 1885 to 1888 there are many fine stained glass windows by William Meikle and sons 1902. There is a fine carving of the burning bush above the entrance which is situated at the base of the Tower. It is nice to see looking at the website how active and thriving this church is . See more..

    - Home of Stenhousemuir FC
    Arenas & Stadiums
    Ochilview Park image
The home ground of Scottish football team Stenhousmuir FC. It's been a while since I've been here on an away day. I was in the town anyway, so I just came to have a look to satisfy the dearth of football. The groundsman was kind enough to give me a tour of the ground and stadium including the trophy cabinet. Only two sides of the stadium is usually used for spectators as the other two have been converted for other uses to generate income. Something which is important now for than ever for the clubs lower down the leagues. Stenhousemuir aren't a particularly well known club. Being a supporter of one of the bigger clubs, I still found it interesting to visit this football stadium. See more..
