   I think everyone has to go. because there are beautiful photo spots And many activities to play If there is enough time, there is a camping spot if you want to stay here. There are items for sale to choose from. Parking is available. Cool weather. And the main point to visit is the windmill fields in the evening before sunset. The view is very beautiful because the sky sees the red color of the sunset. And the cold air is quite cold in the night atmosphere.    Making the sacrificial monument the highlight of your day would lead only to disappointment however this location is the perfect add-on whether you are passing through or are in the vicinity. The road leading in and out is the actual assault path that the Royal Thai Army used in their attack on the hill. the top give you a very nice 360 degrees view of the area.    This is a pretty non description attraction, it is a long drive up winding steep roads to get here. Once you arrive the gardens are not that big and not well maintained, the building itself looks deserted and does not look like it has been used for a long time, it looks more like a run down hotel than a Royal residence.    Didn't figure out if we are allowed in the palace as signs are in Thai and the place was all quiet in August. Nevertheless the views are great outside the palace grounds where the barracks are. A number of viewing points for photo opportunities. See more..

    Easy to find, located on the main road. The vegetables were out of season when I went. It has a nice little plant garden and farm. The main reason why I give it 5 stars is owing to the fact that it has home made ice cream and has a very large variety of "dried fruit and vegetable" snack. The Thai lady was very generous in allowing me to try each one multiple times. As an extra I really was surprised by the Thai sign that says "keep your dogs in the car because here stays a little black dog that will attack all others" I didn't find that dog though, send me a picture if you do.
