We arrived bright and early at the beautiful town of Perast and were met by our own friendly welcoming local guide. It was definitely worth doing the morning tour as the water was incredibly still and there was almost no boat traffic. We were given a dry bag for valuables and were able to leave other belongings in a secure location. Although reasonable fitness is probably necessary, our guide managed to seamlessly get two novices out onto the water and moving confidently. The tour was very personalised to whatever your own interests are and I would definitely recommend adding the hike which provided great views and a lovely refreshing home grown meal. They were even able to cater for a gluten intolerant vegetarian! On the return trip it got a little choppy on the water but our guide was very patient and supportive and I certainly didn't feel unsafe at any point. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience! Even if you are in good shape, this would challenge you. You will feel that every muscle in your body is working hard. But as hard as it is, it's rewarding and satisfying. It is 2-3 hours of jumping, running, sliding, swimming, and other extreme activities, and all of this with beautiful views of the lush and hidden Canyon of Nevidio - revealing its secrets only to the chosen few. . Even though I am not a triathlon athlete, it is probably how it feels like :-). The instructors are very professional and supportive. I was probably the least fit person in my group, they noticed it and were extremely supportive and thus allowed me to make the most of this adventure. The cost also includes coffee and later a good lunch, well worth the admission ticket price. All in all - highly recommneded See more..

This day was such a highlight. Climbing over rocks and jumping through waterfalls and swimming through narrow crevices in the canyon...I’ll never forget it. The scenery is breathtaking and the route is full of adrenaline-powered jumps into the sea. The guides were fantastic and communication through the booking process was super clear. I will say that the hike at the end of the day was BRUTAL after 3 hours in the canyon but it was all well worth it! See more..
