Restaurants and fun tivoli-stuff for children, it’s nice with shade from large old trees, and temples where you can light insence and meditate for a while.    You have to drive a bit by bus, but you can do the trip from Lanzhou City in one day. I met a group of locals on my trip and just joined them. Buy a ticket at the foot of the mountain and start climbing, it is not too exhausting. There are several spots on your way to the top: buddhist temples and also - now read exclusively here - the real tomb of Dschinghis Khan! In Hohot, Inner Mongolia is the big museum of Dschinghis Khan but it is a Cenotaph, he is not buried there. Here is the Place where the historians found out he is really buried. A yurt is there to remind of the great leader. Further on your way you will find the place is full of green trees and plants and this is what you just don't expect near Lanzhou, where the desert isn't far. The view on the top is amazing.    蘭州はｼﾙｸﾛｰﾄﾞの中継地として栄えましたが、現在は高層ﾋﾞﾙが林立する大都市となり市街地を流れる黄河の河川には白塔山公園、水車園や中山鉄橋などのスポットもあります。その中でイスラム風建築の建物が目立っていて大規模な「和平清真大寺」がありました。周辺には多くのイスラム教徒のレストランであり清真食堂がたくさんあることに驚きました。モスクの建築様式は荘厳さと神聖な純潔ある雰囲気が漂っていて黄金の４本のミナレットを擁するモスクの中央部分に三日月の形をしたオブジェが印象的です。 See more..
