A private tour helps tourists to find out a place better. This is particular the case for my trip to this town. Very impressive hygiene standard, particularly clean public toilets, honest local people, local traffic management, sceneries' traffic control, and environmental protection are truly processional. I believe the achievement doesn't come in a matter of days, it takes a long time to progress to where they are at today. The long queue during peak season is a headache for everybody. I don't know how to improve but clearly there's room for it. In this respect north Tianchi is better organised than west. See more..

It's located 7km south of Dunhua. We just expected to see the Buddha but there was much more, Whole lake area with 3-4 sights. We saw the imperial building, lotus lake and giant Buddha with temple. In August lotus flowers were most pritty. Entrance fee normally is mentioned with 120¥, but it was just 80¥ that day. Use the small blue shuttle bus (around 15people) that takes you to every sight easily. It costs 10¥ once ( buy at entrance) and you save walking time from around 7km. Bring your own food and drink, it was barely available there. Whole park you will need 1,5h-2h to see all, but you can spend more time if you move slowly and take some tests. See more..

there is interest in this region becoming a free country/1 visa destination. That will enable travelers to move between the DPRK, the Tumen River Delta which empties into the Sea of Japan, Far East Russia [and in this area there are some excellent beaches and offshore islands]. there are also excellent beaches on the North Korea side in a region known as the Rason special economic zone. if you are visiting this region of northeast China then take the opportunity to get the proper entry papers and visit North Korea. Обожаем Хуньчунь вместе с мужем. Стараемся ездить туда каждый год. Отличное место для отдыха: есть где спокойно погулять, недорого и вкусно поесть, есть где остановится в хороших условиях за приемлемую цену. Люди приятные, улыбчивые. Опять же масса магазинов, где можно поторговаться и приобрести что-нибудь по мере необходимости. Уже есть свои кафе, куда ходим традиционно. Они как правило на окраине. Там местный колорит ощущается сильнее нежели в центре. Всем советуем изучить город. See more..

Our tour included a visit to the park. Right after the visit to the Changbaishan scenic spot and on our way back to the hotel. We had a stop there for 20 minutes. It was a small park with plenty of pine trees grown there. The pine trees seemed to be the only plantation grown in the park. The tree trunks were tall and brown in color. After a few minutes walk on the path, with tall pine trees by your sides, and a glimpse of setting sun through the woods gave you a feeling of calmness. We found a small mushroom on the grassland....... We took some pictures and then left. See more..

You can call this museum the face of this small town. They don't have a lot of exhibits. But the history of the region and topology, plantations, wild lives, and sceneries are all clearly informed. I'm impressed by the high standard of English translation of exhibits. Actually the translation in this small town is among the best in China. Equally impressed is the high hygiene standard in this museum and across the whole town. If you want to find out why the town is named one of the best towns in the world, this is a place worth to go. Состоит из 2-х частей: в одной - препараты из акулы (в т.ч. сквален), лекция в исполнении русской девушки и бесплатная диагностика капилляров пальца (палец кладешь под микроскоп и смотришь на мониторе картинку. Передо мной тестировалась женщина лет 50, так у нее капилляры почти идеальные, один-в-один, как на плакате, говорит, пила противохолестериновые препараты).
В другой части - анализ крови на состояние эритроцитов и очищение крови лазерным приборчиком. Русская женщина-пациентка (лечится так первый раз) сказала, что у нас аналог этой процедуры стоит гораздо дороже при том, что в Китае лазерный приборчик одевается на запястье, как часы, а у нас выкачивают кровь и прогоняют ее через чего-то там. С микроскопа делается снимок, на котором видно эритроциты. У кого отдельно - хорошо, у кого слипшиеся и со светлыми пятнами – холестерин либо жир. Анализ 150 руб., если не берешь лечение, если лечишься – бесплатно перед и после всего лечения. 1 сеанс 150ю, скидки от количества процедур (надо 7); прибор стоит 20000руб., переводчица в салоне сказала, что он известен, как «Таможня врача».
