   We live in China and were travelling internally with another family. We are white and are used to the stares from Chinese people but here we really stood out! I didn't see any other foreigners at all. We arrived at 11am (I would suggest getting there earlier if you want to try avoid the crowds). There was no option to take a mini bus to the top and then walk down. We had to take the 3-4 hour hike up the mountain along the very well organised pathways. It was well shaded in most spots. Every 1km or so there were shops to purchase typical Chinese snacks with seats and some toilets close by. The rock formations, water falls and scenery was truly breathtaking. Our entry ticket was 90rmb each (kids under 140cm are free). Plenty of places to stop for a picnic along the way. For 20rmb each we took the bus down which was a quick journey, with some more amazing scenery. I would recommend coming here with the expectation of communally enjoying this with lots of other Chinese people. See more..

   石家庄の河北省博物館の展示でここの存在を知り、保定を再訪しました。金縷玉衣や副葬品の長信宮灯が省博物館で展示され、この遺跡内にはレプリカが展示されています。
   三国志の劉備は、この墓の主・劉勝の後裔であるとかないとか・・
   アクセスは保定駅前からの市バス（10路区間）で満城未央広場まで、3元、約50分所要でした。

   We visited these two tombs which are about 100 yards apart up a small mountain. There is a cable car ride up and down - around 15 minutes at 50 RMB. Entrance to the site is 40 RMB. These tombs were closed up for 2000 years and only recently opened up for the public. well worth a visit. There is also a temple at the top of the hill. See more..
