   Je kan het bijna niet geloven, in een gebied waar erg veel milieu schade plaats vindt een gebied als dit. Een echte aanrader,moor de mensen die hier naar toe gaan met vakantie. Eerlijk ik zou het niet aanraden, er zijn in China een heleboel mooie plekken te vinden. Echter het is hier echt heel erg mooi. See more..

   Baoying Lake consists of a number of vast sprawling wetland. parks, walking trails and children's activities (rides etc.). It is interesting to observe the local people spending the day in the park enjoying some r&r. I spent most of the morning being taken on a brisk tour, which included a boat ride on the lake and a quick tour around the various walking trails and had time to stop in and see the Dragonboat festivities. A boat ride on the lake is my pick of the activities as getting on water, you realise the vast size of the water boat and the beauty of the wetlands. The walking trail through the bird area was also quite good. Within the Lake grounds is also a hotel and restaurant but I did not check this out. See more..

   The Babao Pavilion is part of the larger park and gardens near the centre of town. The gardens consist of a number of pagodas, old buildings and a Lotus garden and a number of walkpaths If you visit in the late afternoon, the park is full of locals enjoying the end of the day, playing cards, fishing, traditional dancing or just enjoying the day. If you don't have much to do it is worth a visit. See more..
