Incredible that these gardens were created in 1758 ! The grand canal on top of the hill delivers the needed pressure to make the water features work. It takes an hour to visit the gardens. Plenty of parking space across the road. But I found the entrance price of 9,5 € a bit too steep.See more..
Nice range of stalls with unusual plants and friendly people. I enjoyed it much more than Chelsea which is too crowded and far,far too commercial - also quite removed from "normal" gardeners. This one got the balance of rare plants and crowd pleasers just right. Will try to go againSee more..
