Visited this shopping centre today in Chaweng and was pleasantly surprised. It’s only two levels but there are a number of brand name and local shops as well as eateries there and it provides a welcome respite from the heat and humidity. The food court provides cheap food and there is a large supermarket selling a range of local and imported foods. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets. Outside is a market with a number of stalls selling souvenirs and food/drinks and there are also shops across the road. There are also some cute ornamental monkeys around the place.See more..

This is the main shopping centre for Suratthani city and is situated on the outskirts of the city. There are large carparks and even at weekends it's possible to find a parking place although some drivers seem unable to park within the lines! There are many shops including a large department store (Robinsons) and a supermarket (TOPS) and usually there are a number of pop up shops on the ground floor. There appears to be quite a high turnover of shops which is probably a sign of the times given the Covid situation. On the upper floors are many restaurants and a food court, a cinema and children's play area. Banks and mobile phone shops are plentiful and you can even buy a vehicle! We tend to avoid weekends as it can get very busy. The centre opens at 10am. Easy to spend a few hours here and equally easy to spend a lot of money!See more..
