I remember when I first learned about this kind of energy at school. I thought that humanity's problems were solved. lol Right after you finish going up the mountain (Serra do Rio do Rastro, very beautiful btw) you turn left. Thanks to google maps I could see exactly where it was. It's really impressive to drive in the road and start seeing the "towers". I didn't expect it to have so many. My family and I didn't drive until the end, I wish we did though. But anyway, it's nice, beautiful and you don't need much time to visit it. I took some nice pictures.See more..

Subimos uma trilha com muitos degraus e muita lama em uma hora e meia. Isso parando várias vezes para ver as quedas d'água que existem no lugar. Todas lindas. A tirolesa em si foi uma aventura surreal, apesar de todo o medo inicial, foi com certeza a maior superação de medo que já tive na vida! Recomendo demais! A vista é sensacional e depois de alguns segundos o medo já se foi e fica só a curtição! I wouldn't call this a highlight of our trip to Blumenau but it did, in a sense, provide the kind of quirky distraction that I was hoping we would come across on our trip to this 'German' town. I went to this park about 5 years ago - it was nice then, They have updated the facilities and added new features. The bathrooms were very clean for a park of this size too. They have lockers, and private rooms for groups to store items. A restaurant, snack bar, and ice cream hut provide plenty of eating and snack options. Existem também quiosques que podem ser alugados. Há várias churrasqueiras pelo gramado que podem ser utilizadas pelos visitantes (para conseguir uma recomendo chegar cedo), ressaltando que é proibido fazer fogueira diretamente no gramado. Ótimo lugar para fazer aquele piquenique em família. Tem uma estrutura boa, com um bom estacionamento e banheiros. Há pequenas trilhas que levam a cachoeiras próximas. Não é permitido som no local, mas algumas pessoas não respeitam. Para chegar ao Recanto, deve pegar a Rua Dona Francisca e entrar na Estrada Rio da Prata (na esquina tem uma Igreja Luterana.
