    We rented two bicycles in Bombastic and rode out to Morro. We were initially told to beware of snakes on the hike but once you don't veer off the track you should be fine. The hike can be a little strenuous in the heat so bring water with you. It's not necessary to have hiking boots we did it in trainers. The views are fantastic. There are a few stop off points on the way up but the best are saved for last. Great to have a panoramic camera for 360 shots of the islands the beaches and the town below. A highlight of a day away from the lazy time spent on the beautiful beaches. See more..

    We visited this place in a clear day and that helped a lot to get excellent views of the area. There's a R$10.00 fee to climb the final part of the hill which can be payed at the entrance of the museum. The hike to the top takes approximately 10 minutes.     O morro fica muito perto do centro da cidade, a subida é bem íngreme (precisa ter um pouco de coragem), é uma estrada de terra/arião, cheia de curvas e algumas partes bem estreitas, na parte final da subida fizeram uma pavimentação (provavelmente ali os carros que não são 4x4 geralmente não subiam), eu subi com um honda civic 1.8, mas vi carros 1.0 subindo também, mas não aconselho fazer isso em dias de chuva ou que choveu recentemente. O visual lá em cima é muito bonito, tem balanço infinito pra bater foto no nascer do sol e pôr do sol (2 balanços, 1 pêndulo e 1 mirante). Fomos no pôr do sol, e vale muito a pena, dá de ver oda a cidade de urubici, venta bastante e é frio lá em cima. Quem quer uma experiência romântica tem o picnic de luxo, eles tem um espaço lá com vários decks, onde disponibilizam mantinhas e almofadas, e claro a cesta de picnic, o custo varia de 300 a 600 reais.
