Volosko is a pleasant small fishing town close to Opatija. We ate a two different restaurants in the harbor which has also cocktail bars as well as other traditional restaurants. From the port towards Opatija it’s possible to walk along a pathway where you’ll find several diving spots and areas for sunbathing. Parking is easier early in the morning and late at night. There is a dedicated app for paying for your parking spot - way better than paying with change. Volosko has also a considerable amount of stray cats that are very friendly and sweet so make sure to carry some cat food with you. See more..
