4.0Maya Bay(8.793 reviews) - Beautiful … but book an early morning tour Bodies of Water • Beaches
The world famous Maya Bay, location of the film “The Beach” starring Leonardo Dicaprio, located in Phi Phi Ley, with white sandy beach, surrounded by gigantic limestone cliffs and coral reefs.See more..
3.5Ao Nang Beach(7.846 reviews) - Good beach Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Beaches
Great beach for the morning where you can get some shade under the beach side trees but this disappears as the sun swings round about lunchtime. Then its full on sunshine! Beach is noisy from long tail boats leaving Ao Nang ferry point and this is consistant throughout the day. What is handy are the 7-11's across the beach road if you want cheap drinks and ice creams. There are beach vendors but they are not persistent. Just give a polite 'no thank you' and they tend not to call back. Beach gets very busy at sunset as the whole town seems to appear with drinks and cameras to catch the wonderful sunsets.See more..
4.5PhraNang Cave Beach(6.339 reviews) - Best Beach in Railay Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
The beach is empty in the morning until around 10 am. Use this time to your advantage and relax in a quiet, tranquil environment. At sunset the beach tends to be less crowded than Railay with equal (if not better) views. Be sure to look at the rock faces and how they change color as the sun sets.See more..
West Railay, Phra Nang, and East Railay Beach make up this tranquil strip of sand. Accessible only by boat, you can easily find a secluded and peaceful spot to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the crystal clear waters. There are pursuits like cliff jumping, rock climbing, and kayaking for the more adventurous. Park yourself at a Reggae bar and sip a delightful cocktail as you watch the sunset. The dry season between November and March is the best time to visit Railay. You can take a boat from Krabi, Phuket, or Koh Phi Phi to get there. – TripadvisorSee more..
Our boat stopped at one of the green mountains in the middle of the sea. When we looked more closely, we noticed that the mountain was full of monkeys. The tour guide threw food to the monkeys, they swam and took the food out of the water. It was an interesting scene! (Photos and videos were taken in different years and on different trips)See more..
4.5Long Beach(2.160 reviews) - Incredible!! Bright indigo ocean as far as the eye can see! Spent 1-2 hours Beaches
This is the nicest beach I've seen in Thailand! Not very crowded, and there are plenty restaurants and shops to get a cold drink at so you dont necessarily have to stay put if you dont want too. The water is perfectly temperate for those 35+°C days. There is a restaurant called LYMs on the beach at the long beach chalet resort, the food is great and prices there are very reasonable, I would recommend that to anybody who finds them selves in the long beach area. I'll be coming back here garunteed!See more..
3.5Noppharathara Beach(1.290 reviews) - A 7 minute walk from our hotel Beaches
We walked from our hotel to Nopp Beach on Saturday morning. A few locals had already arrived whilst others had left their piles of food in various places, perhaps to mark their place. We walked across a red bridge to get here from Apasari Hotel, so if you see it you will know that you're on the right track. There's shops & restaurants opposite, so you can stop, shop, & snack. Also there's a public toilet just across the road, you will need 5 baht to use it. We hadn't got one & were trying to use a 10 baht coin but it doesn't work. Prince charming popped up from nowhere & scanned us through with his card. Thanks to that lovely man! It was early & quiet when we went, I should imagine it would be a bit more lively if there were more locals around. Whatever, it's always worth a visit as you never know what you may find, & what else are holidays for if not for exploring?See more..
The beach is located in front of Sofitel Krabi, separated by a road. It’s less crowded here compared to Ao Nang Beach. Water sports are available by private operator. Beach chairs (w/out umbrella) and towels are provided to hotel guests. No lifeguard at both the beach and hotel pools. Breathtaking sunset, come before 6:30pm if you need a photo, sunset time as of end January 2020.See more..
A long golden sand beach backed by a few resorts and a whole range of bars and restaurants which all seem to offer good quality cheap food and happy hour(s) cocktails. Most offer deck chairs and sun umbrellas for free with little or no pressure to order food or drinks. Try Jai-Dee Home, my favourite.See more..

4.5Khlong Dao Beach(563 reviews) - One of the best beaches in Thailand Beaches

4.5Ao Tha Lane(286 reviews) - Very nice excursion Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM Beaches
Nice excursion but pay attention. When you book ask about the tide. If the tide is low you have a limited excursion as you cannot go till the end of the canyon, while with high tide you can have a round trip but even with low tide you will see an amazing canyon with limestone and also mangrovias, even the monkeys.See more..
In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful beaches on the islands around Phuket. A unique beach with white sand. We had lunch here, and after that we had an hour to swim and relax by the beach. If you are lucky, you may also get this experience and stop on a tour of one of the islands.See more..
4.5Pileh Bay(282 reviews) - Go there early morning Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Beaches
Definitely must-see. I recommend you to come early morning, at least by 8-9, because after this there are too many boats. It's a nice place for swimming and drone shots. And if you are planning to see Maya Bay as well it's better if you go there at 6-6:30 am, the beach will be empty. We also shot the video that showed where else you can go, and if you in general interested to see the main attractions in Phi Phi but still doubting or choosing where to go first, then type the title on YouTube: "You better learn THIS before going to Phi Phi Island Tour" We made a detailed guide with maps and locations for snorkeling, describing where are the main attractions, which boat is better to choose and which places don't worth your time.See more..
Khlong Khong is a great beach. The water is as hot as soup during high tide and little to no wave activity, typical of the coastline. Unfortunately, during low tide you cant swim owing to a dead reef (caused by construction, beach modification and tourism). The establishments along the beach are really nice, with a family friendly and chilled vibe. No doef doef of Phuket and Phi Phi. Plastic straws and plastic water bottles remain a problem. So if you ever visit any of the places along the beach please decline straws. Sometimes a single round of drinks between 4 of you can rack up 8 straws! So any education about this would go a long way. See more..
4.5Nui Beach(255 reviews) - favorite beach Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
Really quiet and beautiful beach. Takes a little effort to get there but it's really close to Paradise I'd say. One little bar at the beach itself which is playing some music and one bar on the steep path down to the beach. Overall laid back feeling and great water condition as well. Just be cautious when going down the hill to the beach. Will be 100% worth it. See more..
4.5Diamond Cliff Beach(231 reviews) - Hidden gem of a beach bar with superb views Beaches

Beautiful beach! If you’re looking to getaway from the party scene/people especially and get some quiet time this beach is perfect. Lots of families and couples. We took a 100 baht per person by long tail boat from the Ton Sai pier. It was peaceful, with white sands, clear water and amazing views. See more..

A friend and I had the chance to walk along this beach one afternoon. The sand is pale white and the water crystal clear. I really wish I could've spent more time here. There is a masseuse on the beach as well. Next time I come, I might stay at one of the bungalows on this beach as it looks to be the perfect place to vacation.See more..

4.0Ao Si(15 reviews) - lively beach in natural atmosphere Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Beaches
ao si beach is beneath luboa beach the most lively beach in the nothern part of koh jum/koh pu. the ting rai village is not far and it is easy to find shops, taxis and motorcicles there. the beach itself is beautiful and slopes gently to the sea....perfect for families with small children. sometimes big rocks interrupt the beach, but it is everytime possible to go swim...what is not usual on koh jum. the beach offers a lot of shady places and the djungle comes close to beach. some middleclass resorts...mostly hidden in the forest and a few beachbars make the sunset time and the following night without question more interessting than on other beaches on the island. we can recomment ao si beach very much, we had a great time there.See more..
