I have visited the Railroad Club a few times and I continue to be blown away by their dedication to detail. The ever-changing layout is a sight to behold and the volunteers spend hundreds of hours of their time planning, building, and perfecting this huge train platform. Whether you are a model enthusiast, train enthusiast, or are simply looking for something to do while in the area, I highly recommend the Treasure Coast Model Railroad Club! Bring your children/grandchildren/nieces/nephews-they will be entertained and intrigued by the tiny details of the layout. Although not an official Autism Speaks “Autism-Friendly Designated Company,” some of the volunteers have been trained on Autism Spectrum Disorder and understand the needs of those on the spectrum. The volunteers are knowledgeable and enjoy sharing the fruits of their labor with others. No fee to enter but they do accept donations. Fantastic summer family field trip! See more..

As a lover of both beer and wine, this place was the best! Fantastic selection of beers on tap. (Handy binder with descriptions, knowledgeable and friendly staff) Love the wine system. Grab a glass and put any amount of money on a wine card. Insert card near the wine you want. Choose a tasting amount, a half glass, or a full glass for different prices and pour your own with the touch of a button. Great way to decide your favorite. See more..

We stopped and walked thru the park. This park is clean, beautiful and a great monument. We loved it. My husband is a retired vet and my son is currently serving in the USAF. This park is well worth the stop. They have bathrooms as well, although we didn’t use them. Park took us about 30 minutes to walk through. See more..

    Oak Hammock Park image
Large natural area with variety of habitats. Hidden in a quiet residential area, fronts a substantial creek with a boat launch. Playground for the kiddies. There's a couple of nice hiking trails, with some wooded areas and some open areas. A drinking fountain would be nice. There is a local legend/mystery about the place, but no info is available on site. See more..
