    Adventurous Experiences image
Clear guidance and instructions were given, both before setting off and during our time on the water. Safety aspects to be aware of were covered; and specific tips on technique were provided to individuals as needed, in response to wind/tide conditions, helping us to improve our paddling skills. We felt well looked after, which built confidence. We saw seals, as well as several of the wild goats of Laxey on the cliffs, which was a surprise. All of the above, plus the fact that it was a lovely sunny morning, made for a most enjoyable couple of hours on the water. See more..

John is delightful and knowledgeable guide. We toured the whole island and made stops in my ancestral areas of Arbory and Malew. John also did a little research (due to the short notice on our part) of the burials of my surname, and provided additional bits of information he was able to gather. John's knowledge of the island's history made the trip so enjoyable for my wife and I. He also played a couple of tunes from the bagpipes at Tynwald. We would highly recommend John as a guide for your visit. See more..
