From the moment we arrived the staff we amazing. 3 of our group had never been in a kayak before. The staff went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable with getting in the kayak. The had a great sense of humor, teased, but got their safety messages conveyed. What is not to love about being on the water? paddling around and seeing all the beautiful homes. I am glad we had the opportunity to visit Brigette’s gallery on the Shediac Studio Art Tour this afternoon. We were welcomed so warmly and instantly felt infused with the energy of all the colour in her artwork. The colours are vibrant and the lavish amount of the acrylic paint gives each piece added texture. It was simply a gift to sit and gaze on her paintings . We are very delighted with our purchase and will tell friends her about her artwork Brigitte has an international quality and I am so glad she lives in our beautiful province of New Brunswick ! WOW I never traveled out of the Province of Quebec, I never knew we had such a beautiful beach right here in our Country. This beach is great, it has a canteen, clean washrooms showers at a cost of 1$ for 5 minutes. This beach ⛱ is very deserted in the mornings and was great for some meditation. it starts to get busy around 1 pm and goes on well into the evening. There an on-site canteen and sometimes they have live music. There were a lot of small crabs in the water. See more..

One of the most photographed attractions in New Brunswick, i.e. Shediac’s Giant Lobster, is ageing gracefully, even very gracefully, and we plan to celebrate its 25th anniversary in style this year (2015). This work of art measuring 11 metres long, 5 metres in width, 5 metres high and weighing nearly 90 tons saw the light of day thanks to an initiative launched by the Shediac Rotary Club. The Town and the Rotary Club will therefore work together to mark the quarter century of existence of this work of art sculpted by the artist Winston Bronnum. We stayed in this campground for the weekend with family and we founded it very enjoyable. The campground offers a lot of ameneties like; playground for the kids, some organized activities for adults and kids, golf, Pétanque course and clean washrooms facilities. There is a lot of things to do nearby like; walking trails/bike trails that goes to Parlee Beach and Pointe du Chene Warf and there is lots of restaurants waking distance. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed we we arrived. Next time we are in Shediac, we will be back at South Cove Golf and Campground. Highly recommended! See more..
