    A great stop! It's in Florenceville-Bristol, the french fry capital of the world! The musuem is $5 and worth the small fee. The collection if potato history and farming is excellent. Great for all ages. The cafe looked good but we didn't have time to try. Did purchase a nice NB ballcap. See more..

    The McCain Library is open all year and stages a new show about every 6 weeks. Sometimes the artists are local, sometimes from elsewhere in New Brunswick or another Maritime province. Past shows have featured notable local artists such as Judith Saunders and Donna Smallenberg, Newfoundland's Christopher Pratt and New Brunswick Art Bank Acquisitions. Original work by talented regional artists is also available for sale at very reasonable prices. The Gallery is located in the lower level of the McCain Library building in the downtown area and is closed Sunday and Monday. There are two restaurants nearby, a boardwalk along the Saint John River and a picturesque covered bridge. See more..
