Loved it!!
My boyfriend and I absolutely lovedii it. The dolphin show was fantastic, the tunnels with the sharks were amazing. Really worth a visit ! We didn’t queue for much at all, longest queue was the restaurant when you first walk in which was incredibly hot especially when wearing a mask - avoid that one and head further in to grab snacks and ice creams / cold drinks. We really loved it, the tickets are a bit pricey but as the largest aquarium in Europe we saw it as a must while visiting Valencia.

Fun family day out
We visited with our two children (aged 8 and 11) a couple of days ago and we all had a great time. We spent about 4.5 hours there in total. The kids’ favourite was the dolphin show. We saw it at 6:45pm and although it was still very hot nearly all the seats were in the shade which was very much needed. We also watched one of the 4D films in the cinema which at an additional 3 Euros per person was reasonably priced and provided some respite from the heat as the cinema is air-conditioned! I read a review on here about taking your own drinks in with you and I’d definitely agree. There are vending machines dotted about the site but they’re few and far between and at 3 Euros for a bottle of water you’ll soon spend a lot on drinks. We stopped for an ice cream at one of the stalls but there was only 1 (very very stroppy) lady working there and the queue had about 15 people in it and there was no shade. Definitely take sunhats and suntan lotion with you as there’s lots of outdoor walking. The variety of animals that you can see is great and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the animal information is displayed in English which we weren’t expecting. I’d definitely recommend going later in the day. The site closes at 10pm. We left just before 8pm and it was already far quieter at this time.
