Well worth the price for the VIP tour, absolutely fantastic

We booked a VIP tour online, it lasted 4 hours including a half an hour lunch break. It was absolutely fantastic. The tour guide was meant to be a keeper however had broken her leg a little while ago. This worked massively in our favour as she had access to going inside where all the animals were rather than just standing taking photos of them. We got to stroke dolphins, huuuuge turtles + feed a bunch of different kinds of birds + have private close up tour with sea lions and seal's + take professional photos with them which were free! A picture with the dolphins would have been €13 otherwise which is an amazing deal. We also got to watch the dolphin show which was fab, we wanted to watch the sea lion show too however it wasn't on until late in the afternoon. Definitely recommend the VIP tour over general admission so much better!

    Really good
    We did a VIP experience and it was really good! We had a tour of the whole park with 3/4 other families as the park is closed except for the VIP visits. We got to go in most of the enclosures with the animals and spent time stroking and feeding them, there’s also professional photos being taken at some parts, and the tour guide was also taking pictures on our phones. We were told lots of information about all the animals, watched a bird, seal/sea lion presentation, and watched the dolphins practice their tricks. We had a 20 minute break which included free drinks and sweet snacks. We were also given a free bag and t-shirt. The whole experience lasted 3 hours and was really good value for money. The tickets were €45 each. At the end we were given 6 professional photos of us with the animals that are usually €20 each to buy! We’ve been to mundomar before but this experience was so much better and would definitely recommend.

    Halloween and Keeper experience
    We visited on Halloween an the place went all out with decorations and staff dressed up spooking the guest (in a fun way). We did the keeper experience which we have done before and is excellent! Very good value for money. The experience took us to some different animals than last time which was excellent- this time was lemurs dolphins and sea lions to name just a few. The experience was 4 hours and we stopped for a snack as part of the €50 price. There are 3 pictures per person included which are €7 each. To compare- a 30 min bat experience at chester zoo is £70. This is a great day out for responsible children and adults alike. I will return to do this experience for a 3rd time!
