Beautiful Venue With Free Entry

This is a well maintained and beautiful venue with some exceptional halls. The upstairs hall has a most beautiful ceiling (a work of art) although not original to this building. The stone work in the main hall is impressive and the pillars and ceiling look like petrified palm trees. The floors look amazing in all the halls. Entry is free with no reservation required, and one can rent the audio guide for €2.50 for some history on the place. Don’t pass on this place as it is beautiful and free.

Great slice of history in the centre of Valencia
The original trading market in Valencia built in in the 16th century. Entry is free and for a small fee you can get an audio guide and do the self guided tour around the outside and inside of the building which is well worth doing. There is wheelchair access, just ask inside and they'll put down a special ramp for access. You can also visit the church opposite and the Central Market which is also very close.

Free 15 Minute UNESCO World Heritage Site
Prior to going, I could never find a confirmed listing of their hours. Once there, they have a sign out on the main street with their hours and indeed, they matched what Google Maps had listed. You enter in the back and exit on one of the sides. When you walk in, they like to ask where you're from (probably to track) but otherwise, since it's free, you can walk right in. You can pay for an audio guide (2€) but we opted not to (though if you are child-free, I would suggest it since there are virtually no signs). We opted to leave our stroller behind because of the stairs but you could more or less bring it - there's just a big staircase to a single room that you wouldn't be able to enter (which was pretty boring without an audio guide). Most places had ramps or only slight bumps to cross the threshold to the next room. The main room on the left is big and beautiful & our toddlers loved running around and listening to their echos. Otherwise, there wasn't much for us to do there other than kill some time and get some energy out of the little ones.
