A great station
It's a train station... But what a station, an absolutely stunning building, it's beautiful, with a good choice of places to shop and eat. I know people don't visit train stations as much as pass through them, but when you pass through this one take it in, it's beautiful.

Fantastic architecture and interiors well worth a visit , trains in Spain very efficient rail journey was excellent
We arrived at the station after dark , it was busy and very efficiently run. We didnt get to see the beauty of it as we went out of a side entrance and got the free shuttle bus into town which was 5 minutes. On our return we had a look around at the interior , the ticket hall is stunning , wooden panels and tiling its beautiful . The staff were very helpful and our rail experience from Valencia to Alicante was smooth and on time well worth a viist to the station even if you are not travelling from the station lovely shop in there selling all Spanish crafts food wines and post cards

Lovely old train station that still functions
Beautiful architecture, especially when viewing the outside. The inside has a mix of an old classic train station and a modern one. Worth stopping by for a few minutes. We took a train from Valencia to Xativa from here, and the 30 or so minutes we were there was enough time for us to enjoy the building and atmosphere.
