    Amazing architecture for all ages
I booked my tickets in advance. Their are numerous sites offering different package deals, but I would recommend either booking direct or through the tourist information site. Watch out for the Wednesday bargain tickets which even though only offer limited access are great value. Their are also discounts for seniors and reduced mobility visitors. I arrived at the complex approximately 45 minutes in advance of opening. This gave me an opportunity to take photos with very few other visitors around. However, this is a very popular attraction, and it soon gets very very busy. The cafes are constantly busy, but I found them reasonably priced. You really do need more than one day to visit all the different elements. Plan carefully and you will get the most out of your ticket.

Win for young kids and adults too
Wow what an amazing experience with our young sons ages 2 & 4. We spent most of the day in Oceanogràfic which was an amazing aquarium and museum in one. Coming from the states and having visited a lot of aquariums and zoos this one roped the charts. They allowed you a more personal, closer experience rig the animals and a great dolphin show and shark tunnel we really enjoyed. Our children loved it and we did too. We finished the day with a movie in the hemisferic the dinosaur one which they gave you earphones and glasses. It was great and our kids enjoyed that too, said it was one of their favorite things of the trip. Both places are a definite must if visiting with young kids. Enjoyable for adults too!
