4.5Cascata do Caracol(1.502 reviews) - Beautiful waterfalls close to Canela downtown Spent 1-2 hours Waterfalls
The Caracol Falls stay neat the Caracol Natural Park, but the entrance is outside the Park, so pay attention to that detail. There is a nice ride in a very safe cable car that takes three different levels. You start in the middle one, then you go up to the highrer point, then you go down to the lower level (where the good pictures are taken), and then you go back up to the middle level again, where you exit the attraction.in the uppder level there was an exihibit called "Cultures that speak" with wooden devices where one can mimic the sounds of animals in the jungle. Overall, the attracttion is quite worth it. One hint: there is not good place to have lunch in the attraction, only a small cafe with a few snacks, Try to get there early in the morning and have lunch back in downtown Canela of whereever you came from.See more..
4.5Cascata dos Venancios(580 reviews) - No Iguazu Falls but really beautiful Waterfalls
About 18 kilometer drive on a dirt road, from Cambará do Sul you´ll find these waterfalls. The beauty of these waterfalls and off course of the Canyons here is that you have to work to get there. They keep the landscape as natural as possible and so you get the adventure feeling. If you are in Cambará check out these waterfalls too. Not just the Number 1 but also walk to the other side of the parking to get a good view of the Number2, 3 and 4 waterfalls. They are worth your visit when you are in CambaráSee more..
4.5Salto Ventoso(561 reviews) - Semi-circular cave, water falling from the top Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Parks • Waterfalls
One the most gorgeous places in the Serra Gaúcha, located in the rural area of Farroupilha. A huge semi-circular cave along which you can walk, has this tall waterfall right in front of it. It is not an easy walk - beware of children and persons with disabilities - but the view is fantastic. Access from Farroupilha is half paved, the unpaved part is well maintained, so it is an easy drive.See more..

4.5Cachoeira do Tio França(119 reviews) - Beautiful waterfalls and hiking at a local fazenda Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Waterfalls
Enjoy the wonderful scenery and go for a walk at this fazenda close to the village. It is a family owned place and they have organized a wonderful walking and hiking tour passing by at the river to visit some beautiful waterfalls at the premises. The owners are wonderful, caring and welcoming. Go for a wonderful hike and enjoy the beautiful landscape!See more..
5.0Cascata das Andorinhas(109 reviews) - Worth the effort Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
The turning for the falls is clearly signed off the road between rolante and riozinho. You need to go about 10km on a typical Brazilian unmade road which is not a bad track. Eventually you meet the end of the track and then go on foot for about 15 to 20 minutes to the falls. This woodland trail is tricky on parts and would only suit able bodied people. To reach the falls you have to cross water twice. I used stepping stones and stayed dry but some people preferred to walk through the shallow water. The falls themselves were busy with people swimming in the pool below the falls and enjoying the stunning cavern setting. Take water as there are no facilities before or at the falls.See more..

This place is really nice to spend a whole day, it is R$25,00 per person. It has some spaces to cook a barbecue, there is bathrooms, no much but have, unfortunately usually is dirty. However, if you have some friends or family, and you are looking for a place around, it is worth. Make sure that you bring water, soda, beer to drink and food for a whole day, there is a place to buy some pastry, which in this case it is a type of pastry fried with meat inside. I can't recommend because we didn't try it. What I can recommend it's bring a barbecue cooked, with some bread and meats, maionese and thermal box, where you can ensure that some of your food and drinks will be keep cold for a hot summer. Finally, have a nice day!See more..
4.5Cascata Tres Quedas(33 reviews) - Lindo Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
A cachoeira é linda e podemos tomar banho. A entrada custa R$5,00. Não há local para comprar alimentação.See more..
Vale a pena, no verão pode-se tomar banho!!!See more..
The park is beautiful, the nature is still abounding, and the waterfall is majestic. It was a good trekking, even if a bit short; the only con is the rubbish scattered on the most popular parts of the track and the really poor hygiene of the washrooms and the restaurant. The entrance was free because it was out of season.See more..

4.5Cascata da Pedra Branca(24 reviews) - Trilha Cascata Pedra Branca Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
See more..

5.0Cascata da Forqueta(22 reviews) - Stunning waterfall Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
It took us a little while to navigate the road in the standard hire car going quite slowly. You are better off with a 4x4 for comfort and no fear of breaking an axle. When we got to the area of the falls we had to hike about 15 minutes through the forest. This was amazing climbing over some giant boulders and using a rope to get up and down a steep bank over and under fallen tree trunks and then you get to the falls. Luckily we were the only two here and it was great to have this serene place to ourselves for a while. Well worth the drive and the hike. Maquis overall is one of the most naturally stunning places I have ever been toSee more..

5.0Cascata dos Calzas(19 reviews) - Lugar lindo e sossegado Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
Sensacional!!See more..
Vale muito a pena, ótimas fotosSee more..
4.0Cascata dos Italianos(16 reviews) - Surpresa! Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Canyons • Hiking Trails • Waterfalls
Duzentos degraus nos separam dessa linda cascata. Magnífica! Vale muito a pena conhecer e contemplar!See more..
See more..
See more..

4.0Cascata do Portugues(11 reviews) - Enjoying the Waterfall (Apreciando a Cascata) Spent More than 3 hours Forests • Waterfalls
I have been with my family several times in this place. (Estive como minha família diversas vezes neste local.) It is very nice, especially during the summer! (É muito agradável, especiamente durante o verão!) Because you can have a quiet and cool place in the middle of nature to rest, make a picnic, take a bath of waterfall and walk with the family and pets (Porque se pode ter um lugar calmo e fresco em meio a natureza para descansar, fazer um piquenique, tomar um banho de cachoerira e passear com a família e animais de estimaçao.)See more..
Super indico, vale a pena conhecer.See more..
4.0Cascata do Comandaí(11 reviews) - Tranquilo Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
See more..
See more..
See more..

4.5Cascata do Moinho(4 reviews) - Trilha, Cascata do Moinho e aquele café pós caminhada. Waterfalls
See more..
