A uniquely designed museum with a beautiful exhibit at its heart
I was uncertain about whether to visit this exhibition or not, but thought I probably wouldn't get another opportunity so I did. I'm so glad that I made this decision. The museum is set out in a unique and intriguing fashion. You have to put shoe covers over your footwear and then take an escalator up to the main information room. After this, there's an almost psychedelically decorated room where there's a documentary film on a loop. It's in Croatian with English subtitles. I found as I was watching this that I began to feel a great anticipation to see the statue. I would recommend watching the film as it gives you vital information about where, and how, the statue was found and, most interesting of all, how it was cleaned and restored. I then followed the spiral stairs and entered the room in which the statue was displayed. It was far more beautiful than I had imagined. I was unable to stop looking at it. I would recommend this museum without hesitation. I hope, like me, you feel that it was worth it.

Interesting museam with just one sclupture
Not a big museam but nicely made with a story around the one bronze apoxyonenos they have. 10 euro is the ticket per person in summer and considering how hot it is outside the whole museam is cool and air conditioned. The statue is great and nice to see and the whole story made around is good.
