Amazing history right in the city centre!

Really enjoyed our trip and was amazed by the fantastic history right on the doorstep of the city centre. Different trades were bought to life with people playing the trades people. Think there are lots of events on over the year. Whilst you pay to go around during the day we were told that after 6pm the buildings are closed but you can wander around. Will definitely return!

A visit into the old days of Denmark.
The actors telling us all about the old days while they were working with their instruments or telling us stories from their lives. The old buildings and street were very beautiful . We spend hours working around looking at everything and tasting their cakes etc. Advice you need time when you visit this place.

I have a never ending love affair with this place
I cannot get enough of this place. There is always something new to discover. It is so many museums in one and they keep developing the offers and the exibitions. If you want to see everything you have to set aside the whole day. I have been there so many times now so I choose what I want to see that specific day. This time I focused on the 1974 area as I was there with my niece and wanted to share with her about her mothers and my childhood.
