Excellent day out

Great park, low prize for children!
Very nicely amazed with this park! Our daughter is 2, 9 years old and had the lots of fun!!! For 8 Euros fee weekend (5 during the week). It is not an attraction park but more a GIANT open playground. There´s a tractor ride, mechanic horse ride, a huge slide, lots of slides, tunnels, swings, etc to jump, climb and crawl. There is a big indoor playground. For the train lovers a scale railway with amazing scale trains. On Sunday you can take a ride in an amazing scale train, for 0.50 Euros p/p, GREAT! It has animals also, goats and birds. FOOD: It has a nice cafeteria where you can buy hamburgers, fries, breads, nuggets. For the children they have a very nice kids menu that come in a car with fries, nuggets, bitterbal and a small frikandel, capri sun and a surprise! All nicely packed in a car! For around 4,50 Euros. My husband had a hamburger it was very good. But VERY spicy, so not for kids or for people who don´t like spicy or hot food like me!

    The Netherland's museum of coaches
Originally a fortified little castle (i.e., "borough"), Nienoord also has a beautiful park around it, as well as a large collection of coaches that are carefully preserved. but, importantly, some of them are also on display. You should join a guided tour of the coaches; the guides may give quite an entertaining presentation.
