    There are three peace bells in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. The largest is called the Peace Bell, and which visitors can ring this bell of peace and hope. This bell of peace asks that “Let all nuclear arms and wars be gone. And the nations live in true peace!” The bell was completed in 1964.     Although many people equate Ground Zero with the other memorials and museums, there is a plaque commemorating the hypocenter which is just outside the original hospital that was there when the bomb was dropped. It's easy to miss unless you're really looking for it. It sits just outside the hospital (still the same one but rebuilt) in the middle of the regular streets of Hiroshima, away from the dome and other memorials. See more..
