Menorca's most northerly point is the lighthouse at Cap de Calalleria. There is free parking here. A shop with outside seating that sells ice-cream and drinks and toilet facilities (20c charge). There are panoramic views to the North, East and West making this a popular destination for sunrise and sunset views. We visited at 5pm in November. The lighthouse itself was not open at this time, but this did not detract from the visit. There are steps and a short walk over rocks to the westerly tip of this part of Menorca, and most of the assembled visitors made this journey festooned with cameras for the sunset photos. This place is great small coves. great for snorkeling clear blue waters. We used to take bread with us to feed the fish so you can a great view of them while snorkerling. swim with them Great if you like jumping from the side and clifts There is no shade here or any where to great a drink.
