Nice little escape room in the heart of Bojnice. Went there with 4 other people that have never been to an escape room before and they enjoyed it as much as I did. Difficulty pretty appropriate - challenging but doable within 60 minutes. No special language abilities needed to escape, so it's suitable for players from all countries. The castle is dominating to the river Vah valley when looking from Piestany and surrounding. Now it is in ruins and there are extensive volunteer activities to restore and/or preserve the castle. There is no really easy access, you either have to hike approx. 400m elevation from Luka or Hradok, or make more than an hour trip from Bezovec. Castle itself is fabulous, views are breathtaking. A great way to get some exercise and see some history. There are a couple of ways to get to the castle. We went up a steeper trail that was through the woods, directly off the Visnove train stop. Worth the walk up the hill. We parked down near the castle and walked up the trail which was wonderful (approx 30 min). There is parking up near the ‘seagull’ but then if you drive back down to the castle area, you will pay again. So, I guess you can save 5-6 Euro by parking once.
