-Best experience!
Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Private Tours
Wow, most fun I've ever had on an excursion out of anywhere I've been! We were lucky enough to have our own private tour for our group of 4, and the guides showed us a wonderful time, planning and leading us through a trip that really maximized all the activities we could do. They also showed us neat plants and crops and animals along the way, and we got to try fresh banana! It was so fun, and easy going, none of the red tape/commercial feel that you normally get with other tourist-y packages. I highly highly recommend, it's been our favorite day in Puerto Rico so far! - 5.0 La Paseadora Cruise to Monkey Island (99 reviews)
-One of the best travel activities I've ever done
Boat Tours
Paco was 73 when he took us out in July of 2014, but he has the spirit of a teenager. For a mere $40 per person, he took is on a 3-hour tour of Monkey Island and showed the best spots to snorkel. When we got back into the boat we were served fresh sandwiches and mangos. He knows local history and culture and is anxious to share. Listen to him carefully and heed his instructions for an EXCELLENT outing. See more..

- 4.0 Charco El Hippie (11 reviews)
-Amazing river experience!
Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Spent 1-2 hours Waterfalls
This was a highlight of our week in Puerto Rico! We were among very few tourists, mostly locals. There is a man offering $5 parking at his house just two minutes downhill from the entrance to the water, but from what I could tell, the limited parking at the top was free. There was an older, local man who is clearly passionate about the area showing everyone different ways to get closer to the waterfalls, where to jump, how to get to the petroglyphs (just very carefully climb the boulders down for a while on the left side and you'll run into them. We were here for HOURS and loved it so much. See more..
- 4.0 La Fanduca Beach (2 reviews)
-small neighborhood beach
Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Beaches
We found this place by mistake driving around. It's on the other side of the Malecon de Naguabo, and we followed the signs that says Fanduca without knowing what it was. When we got there, it's a small beach with no lifeguards, nor buoys. The water was not very clear but it rained days before, so I'm not sure if that's the cause of it. It has a wave breaker wall that after the hurricane Maria, the rocks spread out a little creating a natural pool for toddlers. You park in the dirt and has several trash containers. You see families spending the day. You could try to go fishing behind the wave breaker wall, close to the rocks but the waters are a little rough. See more..
