Hidden Gem in Fajardo, next to Las Cabezas De San Juan. There is so much of beach that it feels your are on a deserted island during the week of course. Only street parking and no facilities. Plenty of trees for all, it can be a bit rocky in places but tranquil like a lake with plenty of space for privacy. There is a local restaurant for lunch that we were able to use their rest rooms for the kids and get some lunch and drinks. We will definitely return on our next trip. Its about 1 hour from San Juan. Easy drive and easily found by IMaps or Google maps. See more..

Very busy you have to get transport boats before 10:00 am otherwise it will be crowded. Boats are leaving passengers in the morning and return for them in the afternoon, water taxis available for around 40 to 60 dollars per person. Catamaran adventures very affordable, snorkeling and visit to different cays and Culebra beach! See more..

Beautiful and peaceful. Although some people bring loud speakers from time to time, it is mostly quiet and a great get away to hear the ocean sing to you. Secluded and often used for some dare to bare sunbathing or just chill. In my experience, the rip currents aren’t bad when the tide is low and the conditions are excellent. Keep an eye on weather changes, a far away rain often causes the beach to swell and crash hard. The far north side of the beach is calmer, but it still can get dangerous. There are paths to follow that will take you to natural pools north on the beach. Those are pretty cool too! See more..
