Apart from the activities, what blew me away about this place is the service. So unexpected in the middle of nowhere. All the staff say hi and smile a lot. They must have a conducive work environment and the training they got clearly reflects in your interaction with them. The facilities are taken care of considering were there for 12 hours. The restaurant buffet was amazing, didn't expect much but exceeded my expectations. I loved everything about this place not one bad experience. Extremely accommodating to large groups so great spot to hold a birthday and have fun. Great job to the team running it. The few places that make me feel proud to be Kenya. See more..

Antony is the best! Cheerful, engaging & incredibly knowledgeable. He stepped in and saved our vacation at the last minute when our original Safari company fell through leaving us stranded in high season. Antony came to our rescue and created an even better, more varied itinerary. We saw everything including the “Big 5” three times, countless other animals & birds, hot air balloon and the famous “wildebeest crossing” to name just a few. We experienced the animals of Africa and its people in the best possible way thanks to Antony’s quick response to what might have been a disaster vacation. I cannot say enough about Antony’s professionalism, experience and upbeat attitude he exudes continuously. Even in the most difficult times he made it work with a smile and a great sense of humor. Morindat tours provided an excellent service, Titus took care of all our pre travel arrangements. His response time was great. He got back to us pretty quick with all the changes we requested. He went out of his way to help us with our online payment for Kenyan e-visa. Even during our trip, he did check with us intermittently if everything is going well. And Gideon was our tour guide/driver, who is also one of the partners. He is very punctual, knowledgable and courteous. And the best part is his sense of humor. He is sharp at finding wildlife from far. Our trip turned out very educational as well, we learnt many interesting facts about wildlife and also maasai culture. We booked a three-day Safari in the Maasai Mara, which was absolutely amazing. We saw bunch of animals, got to see both the sunset and the sunrise in the Mara, had good food and made new friends. Our guide/driver was very friendly and could answer any question that we had. Mike, that recommended this trip and helped us book it, is incredible. He picked us up at the airport and showed us around the city on the first day, which made us feel very welcome. When we said that we wanted to go on a safari, he could recommend us one that both had a good price and that fit our schedule, which was great. One of the best agencies, the owner is an angel. She made everything easy and gave us rates better than booking, our room was upgraded because of her. She tried her best to manage the budget for us and to give us the full country experience with the best rates. She is very very patient and came to meet us by herself from the airport. We had a lot of changing of plans in the days and dates and she was so patient like no one else. When i needed medicine she searched for me whatever needed she used to fulfill happily. Even the tuktuk drivers and transportations she offered they were so welcoming and very nice people. We planned a rather last minute trip to Kenya, and Peter was very helpful in making arrangements for our trip. We had a fabulous driver who was such a pleasure to be with. He seemed really intent on finding animals and ensuring a memorable and safe trip. It is a lot of driving, but that was expected. Nakuru was the only place we saw rhinos, so I am glad we went there, though it did add quite a bit of driving in the middle of the trip. We opted to fly home from Amboseli for an added cost. In hindsight we might have opted to fly to Masai Mara on the front end of the trip, which would have given us just a bit more down time. I would definitely recommend Pita Tours for a trip to Kenya and beyond. Peter seems happy to answer all questions and to create the best trip possible without seeming too pushy on a particular agenda. See more..
