    Israel Wine Journeys image
My wife and I and friends wanted to tour wineries, take in the views and eat some nice food in the Galilee and Golan regions. We based ourselves at the Way Inn in Tzfat - nice small boutique hotel but no meals available any more there and you have to navigate 20-30 stone steps with luggage. We saw great reviews for Yakov Feder as a private knowledgeable guide and pencilled him in with plenty of notice. I gave Yakov a clear brief and he delivered on it in style. He’s a charming, well informed, interesting and interested guide who clearly knows his subject and has strong relationships with numerous boutique wineries. Over two days we travelled to the Lower Galilee and Upper Galilee and Golan (no very long drives and Yakov drives with care) and visited 7 wineries where we were able to taste numerous styles of wines and dessert wines and eat some delicious food (including stunning goats cheeses). Can’t recommend Yakov highly enough. See more..

Adventure Israel - Day Tours image
My family of 6 (kids ages 17, 16, 14, 13) and I had a great time with Ariel repelling in a cave just outside of Bet Shemesh. Ariel was beyond patient with our crew, including my son who was super scared to repel. He eventual got him to feel comfortable and try it and was encouraging and supportive to the rest of us as we learned to repel. He also gave us a challenging opportunity to climb a latter out of the cave which we really enjoyed. After repelling, he took us into a cave and gave us a brief history of the the cave and more importantly, conveyed a sense of appreciation for the state of Israel. We highly recommend this tour and Ariel!!! See more..
