   There does not appear to be a way to book a tour. I went to the factory and asked. They recommended their shop in another part of town - that is what Tripadvisor should have listed. There is a cigar shop (with a large humidor and a smoking lounge) and a neighboring coffee shop (yes, Oscar Valladares sells its own brand of coffee) and they are definitely worth seeing.
