A bird's eye view of Hua Hin. There are 6 lookout points here and we managed just 3, #4 to 6, cause a few of us wasn't dressed for this (not originally planned but came across it when we were there) plus it's not entirely proper paved trails. #6 was most amazing, but also most dangerous. There wasn't a proper viewing platform, and no barricades or support. A slight slip could send one to the bottom of the forest in seconds. On the way back, our path was filled with monkeys, scavenging tourist trash such as plastic bottles strewn on the ground. Am glad the monkeys here didn't seem as aggressive but it was still a little worrying seeing them appear in hoards. See more..

When in this area this a view you must see. From Prachuap Beach hotel you need a bicycle, motor bike or motorised trans port, It is too far to walk. Also check if it is open. In the last couple of years it has been only open on special days. The road trip is through the air-force base and you must register. There is no fee. When you arrive there are some sights to see. First the good monkeys. You can purchase feed and hand feed these cute little guys and girls. Babies also. The climb is for mobile or somewhat fit climbers. The concrete steps are large in the beginning and then finish where you will need your arms to help you climb. Make sure it is not raining. Take a snack to eat and make sure you have a drink. This is a climb that will test most. The beaches near bye are safe to swim in, but you will have venture a long way out to swim as the waters here are very shallow. I hope that this review helps.
