Great city break, definitely going back.
We went for a concert, which was unfortunately cancelled but this didn't spoil our visit. We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel which was great, central & directly opposite the station. We bought a 48 hour city pass which gave entry to several museums, a brewery, cathedral this was excellent value as you can collect a free guide book & map from the tourist information office located in the station. Also gave free travel on trams and buses. There was so much to see & not enough time so we'll be visiting again.

Went for a mini Christmas Cruise - Great place
We went for a last minute Christmas Cruise on Brittany Ferries Pont Aven, we PARKED in Antwerp no you don't berth 50 metres from the main road or do you ? Literally off the ship and across the road into the Grote Market where we had as one must in Belgium "Moules et Frites " a cafe bar whose name I didn't note , apologies, we walked in shown to a table no hassle served coffee and left with menus, all done very professionally on a very busy day, had the mussels they ordered us a cab to Rubens House . The downside don't do Antwerp on Boxing Day if you need any other transport than a bike /scooter or walking, 55 minutes and 20 euros later Rubens House return 12 euros and ten minutes or if I could have walked it 15mins maximum, BUT it didn't spoil a great visit go if you can. Brittany Ferries thank you and the 5 course Christmas Lunch was very good value as far fro a Christmas Pud as you could get but great dessert
