Interesting and Tasty visit to the Choco-Story in Bruges
We visited this museum as soon as it opened at 10:00 am and actually spent about 2 hours there, which we weren't anticipating. At first it looked like an amateur place, and then I couldn't believe how much I learned and how interesting it was. This museum tells the story of chocolate, from the Aztecs through until today. There are images, videos, and models. In addition, there are little chocolates to eat throughout, as much as you want while you are there. I did not go with children and I think that perhaps from ages 8 and up might enjoy this, especially at the end when you see statues made out of chocolate as well as a demonstration of how to make chocolate.

    Fun!
A very interesting historical display of chololate, chocolate making machinery, chocolate serving materials and old boxes and ads for chocolate. They have a chocolate making display and FREE chocolate for eating. A fun way to spend an hour or so.
