   Great Organ. Organist was world class. Full command of keys and petal. However the Wanamaker is a finer instrument, and of course it wasn’t Vergil Fox at the console. I had never experienced this instrument. In fact it was my first visit to the hall. A return is in the offing especially if they get another world class organist like this fellow. See more..

   The Staff at ILKB in Methuen is absolutely incredible! They take the time to keep you motivated and make sure you are doing things correctly, so that you can achieve the maximum results possible! The gym is always clean, the staff is always inviting and you don't feel self conscious! We are all there for the same goal and I love that no one judges you!    This library is a great addition to services offered by the City of Methuen. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They advertise a monthly calendar of events on their webpage.    I have been a regular patron of this AMC for many years (well over a decade), but the bathrooms are disgusting. Everything is always wet and at least one of the stalls is flooded with toilet water! Some of the theaters aren't in great shape either, with the seats having been picked apart. Nothing beats the bargain of AMC A-list, and the picture and audio quality are great, but they need to do a better job with the cleanliness. See more..

    I made my first visit here last weekend. I wasn't here during "prime" bar hours as I'm a parent of a toddler and needed to be home to put my little one to bed. This was a great spot seeing how it's about a 90 second drive from my house and I've driven by many times over the years. The wife and I were pleasantly surprised because the place has a nice set-up. You have your gaming room up front with a few video games, pool table, and a computerized music system. The back has a long bar with a few high tables to sit at. Great, friendly atmosphere - total townie bar as my wife and I walked in and everyone turned around to see who we were. In the time we were there, many locals came and all the patrons there knew everyone coming in. Multiple big screen TVs. No beers on tap, but they had a variety of bottled beer. Lots of booze options as well. And the best part are the prices. 3 mixed drinks and 3 beers totaled $24! Definitely won't be my last visit and recommend a visit here. See more..

    Looking for the Stateline Shopping Center in Salem to shop at ALDI, I’d overshot the mark and crossed into Massachusetts. The first good place to turn around safely was at the Village Mall. It was an unexpected find. The first place that caught my eye was Ellie’s Farmhouse in the bright white building on the end of this L-shaped strip mall. The white paint made it stand out from the other businesses. Next was Dollar Tree, then China Buffet, two salons, Maya Gourmet, and a branch of Merrimack Valley Credit Union, followed by Jo-Ann Fabrics at the other end. There was also a Texas Roadhouse and a Harrows Chicken Pies location. I did go into Ellie’s Farmhouse. I looked over the restaurant and went into the Grab & Go section for a cup of decaf coffee to go. I will return to this mall for dining at Ellie’s Farmhouse and other restaurants, plus the two stores and Maya Gourmet which appeared to be a bakery. With multiple dining options, service businesses, and two stores for shopping of interest to travelers, I rate the Village Mall at 4.0 If you found this review helpful, please click THANK below.
