    Clean very friendly
    Very clean facility, friendly staff, equipment up to date, has some amenities not offered at other Fittness facilities

    Go to Planet Fitness in Haverhill, MA or Salem, NH instead of Methuen, MA
    I was told to leave immediately from the club floor because I was wearing Crocs and a staff member told me they were enforcing dress code. This was the first time I was aware Crocs or be prohibited. I have seen other members on the floor with crocs on, and still allowed to work out. The staff are blunt and unfriendly and lacking customer service skills. Additionally, they regularly lock their doors 20 minutes before closing just to keep more folks from coming in.
