I’m 61 and have done a bunch of whitewater trips over the years, including the Grand Canyon, all the canyons of the Rio Grande in TX, New River in WV, West Canyon in Utah, the Oconee in TN and a bunch I can’t remember. Six Mile beats them all. It has big features, sweet canyons, and is very technical, not to mention completely gorgeous. Scott and the guys at Flow AK are beyond expert and professional — the best I’ve ever encountered. The dry suits we were provided were the best I have ever seen, and they definitely kept the cold and the water out. Our small group worked on safety and working together, then we had fun! Sightseeing Tours
Jason was excellent from the booking thru the float. He was very honest on what to expect and he guided a great float with many personal best. His advise was stellar and dead on to yield good results. I At age 60 I have taken many trips and Jason was or is one of the best guides I have had. I am planning many more with him in the future. High recommend staying at his cabin as it is nicely located and very comfortable. See more..

Sightseeing Tours
If you travel a lot, and I have, you know a guide can make all the difference. Alaska is so beautiful and so different that it is a must-see. But it so big that you need some help to make the best use of your time. I'm glad my wife and I decided on letting Adventure Alaska help us have the 'adventure' of a lifetime.
